Directions

Blend together first four ingredients until crumbly.
Press into 9 inch cake pan and bake 10 minutes at 350°F.
Set aside.
Beat eggs and blend in dry ingredients.
Stir in coconut and pour over baked layer.

Cool, ice and cut into squares.
