Orange Soy Marinade Recipe
Ingredients
| Orange juice | 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) | |
| Soy sauce | 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) | |
| Dry sherry | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Ground ginger | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic | 4 Clove (20 gm), minced |
Directions
Place beef, pork, lamb, or chicken in a plastic bag set into a shallow dish.
For marinade, in a medium mixing bowl combine orange juice, soy sauce, sherry, ginger, and garlic.
Pour marinade over meat.
Close bag.
Marinate in refrigerator 6 hours or overnight, turning bag occasionally.
Remove beef, pork, lamb, or chicken from marinade and grill.
