Butter- 1 tablespoons
 
Sugar- 1/2 cup
 
Boiling water- 1/2 cup
 
Egg whites- 3
 
Juice of oranges- 2
 
Lemon juice- 1 1/2 tablespoons

Directions

MAKING
1.Cream the butter with the sugar.
2.Put into a saucepan over hot water and add the boiling water.
3.Then beat in the stiffly beaten whites of the eggs, the orange juice and lemon-juice and continue beating until light and foamy.
SERVING
4.Serve with any appetizer
