Orange-Pineapple Bavarian Recipe

| Boiling water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Orange rind | 1 Teaspoon, grated | |

Directions
Drain fruits, measuring 3/4 cup of the combined syrups.
Dissolve gelatin and sugar in boiling water.
Add orange rind and measured syrup.
Chill until slightly thickened.
Prepare whipped topping mix as directed on package; blend 1 1/2 cups into the gelatin mixture.
Chill until thickened.
Fold in fruits.
Pour into 5 cup mold.
Chill until firm at least 4 hours.
Unmold and garnish with remaining prepared whipped topping.
