Ingredients

 Orange1 Large, flavored
 Boiling water1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Vinegar2 Tablespoon
 Mayonnaise3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Crushed pineapple1 Can (10oz), drained
 Celery1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Carrots1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), shredded
 Green onions1 Bunch (100gm), chopped
 Pecans1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped

Directions

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add salt and vinegar, and then blend in mayonnaise. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into molds or pan. Chill until set (2 to 4 hours). Unmold onto salad greens, or cut from pan and lift pieces onto salad greens
