Orange Marmalade Fondue Recipe
You might have tried hell a lot of recipes with orange marmalade, but this Orange Marmalade Fondue is gonna be greatly different, may be for the fruit liqueur part of it. I feel, dessert fondue can get any better; whipping cream, orange rind, butter and fruit flavored liqueur, whatever you ask for is there in this Orange Marmalade Fondue. Pretty much great to go with fruit chuncks or cake squares!
Ingredients
| Butter/Margarine | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Flour | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Whipping cream | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Orange marmalade | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Orange rind | 1/2 Teaspoon, grated | |
| 2 tablespoons orange liqueur (Cointreau or Grand Marnier), optional | ||
Directions
Heat butter or margarine in ceramic or metal fondue pot over low heat; stir in mixture of sugar and flour.
Stir in cream; cook slowly, stirring often.
Stir in marmalade, orange rind, and liqueur, if desired.
Use as dip for pineapple or banana chunks, or cake squares.
