Orange Liqueur Trifle Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 pound cake, cut into 1 inch cubes | ||
| Liqueur, orange or other flavor | ||
| Variety of fresh fruit | ||
| Whipped topping or whipped cream | ||
| Shredded coconut | ||
Directions
Layer the pound cake cubes in a large glass bowl.
Drizzle with liqueur.
Add layers of fruit.
Spread a thin layer of whipped topping over the fruit.
Sprinkle with coconut.
Repeat the layers of cake cubes, liqueur, fruit and whipped topping until the bowl is filled.
Sprinkle the top layer of whipped topping with toasted shredded coconut.
Decorate with fresh strawberries if desired.
