Orange Khoya Slices Recipe

| Orange peel | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely chopped | |
| Orange | 1⁄8 Teaspoon | |
| Sugar | 125 Gram | |
| Milk | 7 Tablespoon | |
| Ghee | 4 Teaspoon, melted | |
| Orange essence | 2 Drop |

Directions
1 Chop the peels finely.
2 In a heavy pan, put the khoya, peel, milk and ghee.
3 Cook, stirring until dry.
4 Add in the sugar and orange colour and stir for two minutes.
5 Remove from the heat, add in orange essence and mix well.
6 Allow to cool and form into a slab using your hands.
7 Place in the refrigerator and chill.
SERVING
8 Cut into thin slices and serve.
