Orange Hard Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Soft butter | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Icing sugar | 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), sifted | |
| Orange rind | 2 Teaspoon, grated | |
| Orange food coloring | (optional) |
Directions
Beat butter and sugar together until fluffy.
Stir in orange rind and a few drops of orange food coloring.
Chill until serving time.
