Ingredients
1 16-ounce package frozen halibut fillets, thawed
2 tablespoons orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 tablespoon snipped parsley
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon dried dillweed
4 thin orange slices
Directions
Cut fish into 4 portions; place in shallow pan.
Mix concentrate, next 3 ingredients, 1/2 cup water, and 34 teaspoon salt; pour over fish.
Marinate 30 minutes; turn once.
Remove fish; reserve marinade.
Place fish on well-greased broiler pan.
Broil 3 inches from heat for 6 minutes.
Turn; broil till fish flakes easily with fork, about 5 to 6 minutes.
Baste with reserved marinade.
To serve, brush with marinade; top with orange slices.
