Orange-Glazed Turkey Breast Recipe

Ingredients
1 10-ounce jar orange marmalade (about 1 cup)
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
Dash ground cloves
1 3- to 31/2-pound fresh turkey breast half Orange slices, halved (optional)
Directions
For orange glaze, in a small saucepan combine orange marmalade, lemon juice, mustard, and cloves.
Cook and stir over low heat till the marmalade is melted.
Set aside.
Rinse turkey and pat dry.
Insert a meat thermometer into the center of the thickest portion of turkey breast.
Place turkey in center of the cooking grill.
Grill 1 1/2 to 2 hours or till thermometer registers 170°F (77°C), brushing turkey generously with orange glaze during the last 15 minutes of grilling.
Transfer turkey to a serving platter.
Pass any remaining orange glaze.
Garnish with orange slices, if desired.
