Orange-Glazed Grilled Cornish Hens Recipe

2 (1 1/4-pound) Cornish hens
 
1/2 cup reduced-sugar orange marmalade
 
1 tablespoon bold and spicy mustard
 
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
 
1 tablespoon salt-free herb-and-spice steak sauce

Directions

Rinse hens with cold water; remove skin and fat, and split hens lengthwise, using poultry shears.
Combine remaining ingredients in a small saucepan, cook over low heat until thoroughly heated.
Cook hens, bone side up, 6 inches from hot coals on covered grill 20 minutes.
Baste hens with warm glaze, and turn over.
Grill an additional 15 minutes or until done, basting occasionally.
