Orange-Glazed Fruit Salad Recipe

Ingredients

 
3/4 teaspoon cornstarch
 
3/4 teaspoon grated orange rind
 
14 cup plus 2 tablespoons unsweetened orange juice
 
1 tablespoon honey
 
1 medium orange, peeled, seeded, and sectioned
 
1/2 medium apple, cubed
 
1/2 medium banana, sliced
 
1/2 cup strawberries, halved
 
1/2 cup seedless green grapes, halved
 
1 (8-ounce) can unsweetened pineapple chunks, drained

Directions

Combine first 4 ingredients in a small non-aluminum saucepan.
Bring to a boil.
Cover; reduce heat, and cook, stirring constanrly, until mixture thickens.
Cool slightly, refrigerate 1 hour or until thickened and thoroughly chilled.
Combine remaining ingredients in a large serving bowl.
Pour chilled dressing over fruit; toss gently.
Cover and chill until ready to serve.
