Directions

Combine first 4 ingredients, and cook 2 minutes; pour into 9 greased muffin cups.
Sift together flour, baking powder and salt; cut in shortening.
Add milk, and stir with fork to make soft dough.
Place on lightly floured board, and knead gently 4—5 times.
Roll out to 1/4-inch thickness.
Brush with melted butter or margarine; mix sugar and cinnamon, and sprinkle over dough.
Roll up as for jelly roll, cut in 1-inch slices and place, cut side down, over orange mixture in muffin pans.
