Orange Glaze Recipe
This is an easy orange glaze recipe that can go with your pain doughnuts or cupcakes and even cookies that need that something extra. Made with apples and apricot along with orange concenrtate, this glaze is sweet and tangy and very pleasant.
Ingredients
1/2 medium apple, peeled and cored
12 canned apricot halves
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup orange juice concentrate
Directions
Put all ingredients into the Osterizer container; cover and blend at PUREE until smooth.
Pour into saucepan and cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
Cool and pour over orange chiffon cake.
