Orange Ginger Ham Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed | ||
| Dry white wine | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Dry mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Ground ginger | 1/4 Teaspoon, dried | |
| 1 fully cooked ham slice, 1 inch thick | ||
| Canned peach | 6 | |
| Butter | ||
| Orange Pasta dough cut in noodles, cooked, drained | ||
Directions
In a small bowl, combine orange juice concentrate, wine, mustard and ginger.
Slash fat at 1 inch intervals to prevent ham from curling.
Brush orange sauce over ham.
Broil 3 inches from heat, about 10 minutes.
Turn.
Brush ham with orange sauce.
Continue broiling until golden, about 6 minutes.
During last 5 minutes of cooking, brush peach halves with orange sauce.
Broil with ham.
Serve with hot buttered noodles.
