Orange Ginger Chicken Recipe

| Orange marmalade | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Soy sauce | 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) | |
| Cinnamon | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Black pepper | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Canned mandarin oranges | 11 Ounce (1 Can Of 11 Ounce) | |
| Ginger root piece | 1 (Fresh, 0.5 Inch) | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (10 gm), peeled | |
| Crushed chile pepper | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 1 , thinly sliced | |
| Bell pepper | 1 (Red Or Yellow) |

Directions
Add the chicken, turning once to coat.
Combine the marmalade, soy sauce, cinnamon, black pepper and undrained mandarin oranges in a bowl and mix well.
Place the gingerroot, garlic and chile pepper in a teaball or tie in cheesecloth.
Stir into the orange mixture.
Stir in the onion and bell pepper.
Pour the mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
Bake, covered with foil, at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
