| Orange juice | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/4 teaspoon powdered basil | ||
| Ground beef | 3 Pound | |
| Onion | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| 3 slices bacon, cut fine | ||
| Parsley | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Orange rind | 1 Tablespoon, grated | |
| Salt | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Soak bread in orange juice 10 minutes.
Combine with remaining ingredients.
Shape into loaf.
Place in pan.
Bake 1 hour.
Garnish with orange slices.
