Ingredients
* 1 Pound Ground Chicken
* 1 Tablespoon Herbs de Provence
* 1 Orange, the zest
* 1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
* 1 Cup Mayonnaise
* 1/2 Cup Mint, finely chopped
* 4 Sesame Buns
* 4 Slices of Orange
Directions
1. In a medium-sized bowl, add the ground chicken, herbs de Provence, salt, and the zest of one orange. Mix together with your hands and set aside. Be sure to wash your hands!
2. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise with mint. Set aside.
3. In a non-stick skillet, on medium heat, heat 1 T of olive oil and then add your burger. Be careful – when oil is hot it pops. If your burgers are thicker, cook for about 7 minutes per side. If they are a bit more thin, cook for about 4 minutes per side. You will know when they are finished when they are no longer pink in the center.
4. To assemble, place your burger on the bottom half of a sesame bun, add some mint-mayonnaise to the bun top and place on top of the burger. Enjoy!
