Ingredients
Unflavored gelatin - 1 1/3 tablespoons
Sugar - 1 cup
Lemon juice - 3 tablespoons
Orange juice and pulp - 1 cup
Egg whites - 3
Whipping cream - 2 cups, whipped
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Take 1/3 cup cold water and soften gelatin in it.
2) Add 1/3 cup boiling water and stir until completely dissolved.
MAKING
3) Take a bowl and combine lemon juice, sugar, orange juice and pulp in it.
4) Add to the gelatin mixture.
5) Chill the mixture in a pan of ice water until partially set.
6) Beat using a wire spoon or whisk until light and frothy.
7) Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
8) Gently fold into the orange juice mixture.
9) Fold in whipped cream.
10) Chill until completely set.
SERVING
11) Garnish with orange sections or orange slices. Serve immediately.
