Ingredients

 
Apricot flavored yogurt - 2 cartons (8 oz)
 
Milk - 1 cup
 
Orange juice - 1/2 cup
 
Orange slices - 6 thin
 
Mint - 6 sprigs

Directions

MAKING
1) In medium bowl, combine yoghurt, milk, and orange juice.
2) Stir to mix well.
3) Refrigerate until well chilled, at least 1 hour.

SERVING
4) In bouillon cups or sherbet glasses, pour the chilled soup.
5) Float a thin slice of orange and a sprig of mint on each serving and serve.
