2 Tablespoons canola oil
 
6 Boneless pork top loin chops, cut 1 inch thick
 
1 Cup packed brown sugar
 
½ Cup orange marmalade
 
½ Cup apricot preserves
 
¼ Cup Dijon mustard

Directions

1. In a large skillet, cook chops in oil over medium-high heat about 14 minutes or until done turning once. Transfer chops to a serving platter to keep warm.
2. Sauce: Add brown sugar, marmalade, preserves, and mustard to skillet and bring to simmer. Pour sauce over chops and serve.
