Orange Yogurt Mould Recipe
Ingredients
| Unflavored gelatin | 1 | |
| Orange juice | 2 Tablespoon, frozen | |
| Boiling water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Plain unflavored yogurt - 1 cup | ||
| Mandarin orange | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), canned | |
| Orange peel - 2 thin strips (each about 1 inch long) | ||
| Lemon juice | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Artificial sweetener to equal 2 teaspoons sugar - as required | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) Take a small heatproof bowl and sprinkle gelatin over orange juice in it.
2) Keep it aside to soften and stir in boiling water until gelatin is dissolved.
3) Take another bowl and mix together yogurt and orange sections in it.
4) Carefully mix in dissolved gelatin.
5) Take a 2-cup mold and rinse it with cold water.
6) Spoon the mixture into mold and place in refrigerator, covered, for a whole night until mold has set.
7) In a small saucepan, over low heat, stir cook a mixture of orange peel, lemon juice, and sweetener until lemon juice has evaporated.
SERVING
8) Invert each mold onto a plate and serve at once after garnishing each with orange peel.
