 Seasoned pepper1⁄2 Teaspoon
 Garlic powder1⁄8 Teaspoon
 Parsley1⁄8 Teaspoon
 Frozen peas10 Ounce, thawed (1 Package)
 Chopped pecans1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
 Mandarin orange sections3 (For Garnish)

Directions

In large saucepan, saute rice and onion in margarine, stirring frequently.
Add combined orange juice and broth, orange peel, Seasoned Pepper and Garlic Powder with Parsley.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat, cover and simmer 35 minutes or until liquid is almost absorbed.
Stir in peas and pecans; simmer 3 to 5 minutes longer.
Garnish with Mandarin orange sections.
