Ingredients

 Oranges6 Large
 Sugar1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Raisins2 Tablespoon
 Nutmeg1 Teaspoon
 Rose water4 Tablespoon
 Lemon1/2
 Grand marnier2 Tablespoon

Directions

MAKING
1) Pare the oranges, gently remove all the yellow pith.
2) Slice each one across into 4-5 rounds.
3) In a large shallow bowl, put the round slices.
4) Mix together the sugar, raisins, nutmeg or cinnamon, rose water, lemon juice, and Grand Marnier, pour this mixture over the orange wheels and chill them for at least 2 hours.

SERVING
5) Serve the orange wheels, chilled, with some of their juice scattered on top.
