Orange Surprise Recipe

Ingredients

| Ice cream | 1 Teaspoon (Leveled) | |
| Egg whites | 2 | |
| 2 oz. castor sugar | ||
Directions
Cut tops off oranges and scoop out centre.
Chop.
Put back into orange cases with ice cream and a little sugar.
Whisk egg whites, fold in sugar.
Pile on top of ice cream and oranges and brown for 3 minutes in a very hot oven (475° F.€”Gas Mark 8).
