Orange Stuffing Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 1 Medium, chopped | |
| 2 cups soft breadcrumbs | ||
| Egg | 1 , beaten | |
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Grated rind and juice of 2 oranges | ||
| 1 tablespoon Grand Marnier or Cointreau (optional) | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
1. Saute the onions in butter until soft but not brown.
2. Add the onions to breadcrumbs with ail the other ingredients. Bind well and add the Grand Marnier or Cointreau if desired.
