Orange Spice Bars Recipe

| Butter/Margarine | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Molasses | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |

| Orange Icing | ||
Directions
In a medium bowl stir together oats, walnuts, orange juice concentrate, water, and raisins; set aside.
In a separate bowl stir together flour, soda, ginger, cinnamon, and salt; set aside.
In a mixer bowl beat margarine or butter and sugar with an electric mixer till light and fluffy.
Beat in molasses and egg.
Add raisin and flour mixtures alternately to beaten mixture, beating well after each addition.
Turn into a greased 13x9x2-inch baking pan.
Bake in a 325° oven for 30 to 35 minutes or till done.
Cool completely.
Frost with Orange Icing.
