Directions

GETTING READY
1) Put the oven shelf into the lowest position and preheat the oven at 350 degrees.
2) Take 6-cup glass soufflé dish and apply butter at the bottom and sides of the glass. Sprinkle little sugar over the bottom and sides of the glass.

MAKING
3) For making the soufflé, take the milk, sugar and cornstarch in a saucepan and mix them.
4) Boil the mixture over medium heat. After 1 minute, you can remove the mixture from the heat.
5) Take egg yolks, liqueur, orange rind and vanilla in a big bowl. Mix them well.
6) Take the cornstarch mixture and whisk into the orange mixture.
7) Take a bowl and beat the egg whites and salt. Add 1/2 cup of beaten egg whites into the orange mixture. Add the remaining egg whites.
8) Pour the mixture into the soufflé dish.
9) Run the spatula in a circle to form a top hat.
10) Bake the soufflé in the oven at 350 degrees for
for 40 minutes.
11) Meanwhile you can make the orange sauce.
12) For making the orange sauce, take the orange juice, sugar and cornstarch in a pan. Bring the mixture to boil.
13) Cook for 1 minute and remove from the heat.
14) Add the liqueur and orange rind.

SERVING
15) Serve the orange sauce with soufflé.
