Orange Shrimp Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Iceberg lettuce | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Romaine | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Shrimp - 2 (4 1/4-outice) cans, rinsed and drained | ||
| Mandarin oranges - 2 (11-ounce) cans, drained | ||
| Slivered almonds | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), toasted | |
| Onion | 1 Medium, thinly sliced | |
| Vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Vegetable oil | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sesame seeds | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Soy sauce | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Dry sherry | 2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a bowl, add the first 6 ingredients and mix.
2) Add in the remaining ingredients and mix well.
SERVING
3) When ready to serve, pour in the salad mix and gently toss.
