 Iceberg lettuce3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Romaine1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Shrimp - 2 (4 1/4-outice) cans, rinsed and drained
 Mandarin oranges - 2 (11-ounce) cans, drained
 Slivered almonds1/2 Cup (16 tbs), toasted
 Onion1 Medium, thinly sliced
 Vinegar2 Tablespoon
 Vegetable oil1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Sesame seeds2 Teaspoon
 Soy sauce2 Teaspoon
 Lemon juice2 Teaspoon
 Dry sherry2 Teaspoon

Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, add the first 6 ingredients and mix.
2) Add in the remaining ingredients and mix well.

SERVING
3) When ready to serve, pour in the salad mix and gently toss.
4) Serve immediately.
