Orange Sherry Gravy Recipe
Ingredients
| Oven Stuffer Roaster giblets, except liver | ||
| Water | 4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/4 cup dry sherry wine | ||
| Cornstarch | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Ground pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Orange marmalade | 1 Tablespoon | |
Directions
While roaster is cooking, simmer giblets, uncovered, in water in saucepan until 2 cups of liquid remain.
Strain and reserve liquid.
When roaster is done, pour off all but 2 tablespoons pan juices.
Combine sherry and cornstarch; add to pan with reserved liquid from giblets and pepper.
Bring to a boil; simmer until thickened, stirring constantly.
Stir in marmalade.
