 1 1/2 cups dry sauterne
 Orange juice1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Lemon juice2 Tablespoon
 Orange peel1 Teaspoon, finely grated
 Powdered package1/2
 Honey4 Cup (16 tbs), flavored

Directions

Combine sauterne, juices, grated peel and pectin in a large sauce pot.
Bring to rolling boil.
Stir in honey.
Return to rolling boil.
Boil hard 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat.
Skim foam if necessary.
Pour hot into hot, sterilized jars, leaving 1/4 inch head space.
Adjust caps.
Process 5 minutes in boiling water bath.
