 Oranges3
 3 small green chilies, seeded and finely chopped
 White wine or water1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Vinegar3 Tablespoon
 Sugar3 Tablespoon
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 1/8 teaspoon leaf oregano, crumbled

Directions

Squeeze the juice from the oranges into a small bowl; use a sharp-edged spoon to remove the pulp and add to the juice.
Add the chilies, water or wine, vinegar, sugar, salt and oregano, blending well.
Let the sauce stand for 1 hour.
