Ginger Orange Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Cider vinegar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate | ||
| Soy sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch, dissolved in 2 teaspoons water | ||
| Cherry extract | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Root ginger slice | 2 | |
| 1 cup orange sections, no sugar added | ||
Directions
In small saucepan combine all ingredients except orange sections.
Cook, stirring often, until thickened.
Remove ginger root.
Add orange sections.
Divide evenly.
