Directions
Saute celery and onion in butter or margarine until tender.
Add water, juices, grated orange rind, and salt.
Bring to a boil.
Add rice and stir to moisten.
Cover and remove from heat.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Add almonds.
Mix thoroughly.
