Orange Pots Recipe
Ingredients
| Oranges | 3 Large | |
| 2 oz. stoned dates, chopped | ||
| 2 oz. dried prunes, stoned and chopped | ||
| Dried apricots | 2 Ounce, chopped | |
| Dried figs | 2 Ounce, chopped | |
Directions
MAKING
1) Remove the tops of the oranges, scoop out the flesh and extract the remaining juice.
2) In a saucepan, combine the orange flesh and juice with the dried fruits, then simmer for 15-20 minutes, until the fruit is tender and the juice disappears.
3) Cool the mixture and roughly chop in a blender, pour the mixture into the oranges.
SERVING
4) Serve immediately.
