 Oranges3 Large
 2 oz. stoned dates, chopped
 2 oz. dried prunes, stoned and chopped
 Dried apricots2 Ounce, chopped
 Dried figs2 Ounce, chopped

Directions

MAKING
1) Remove the tops of the oranges, scoop out the flesh and extract the remaining juice.
2) In a saucepan, combine the orange flesh and juice with the dried fruits, then simmer for 15-20 minutes, until the fruit is tender and the juice disappears.
3) Cool the mixture and roughly chop in a blender, pour the mixture into the oranges.

SERVING
4) Serve immediately.
