Orange Potato Shells Recipe

| Miniature marshmallows | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Cut oranges in half, making a sawtooth pattern.
Free fruit from shell carefully.
Reserve juice.
Stir in 2 tablespoons reserved orange juice.
Blend in mashed potatoes.
Mix well.
Fill orange shells with potato mixture, using a pastry tube or spoon.
Top with marshmallows.
Microwave 1 minute on high, or until marshmallows soften.
Free fruit from shell carefully.
