Orange Pineapple Mould Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 3-ounce package orange gelatin | ||
| Boiling water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Crushed pineapple can | 1 8 1/2 Ounce, undrained | |
| 1 cup diced orange sections | ||
| Mandarin oranges | 1 11 Ounce, drained | |
| Miniature marshmallows | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sour cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Mayonnaise | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Lettuce leaves | ||
Directions
Dissolve gelatin in water.
Add pineapple and refrigerate until slightly thickened.
Fold in oranges and marshmallows.
Pour into an 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan and refrigerate until firm.
Combine sour cream and mayonnaise, mixing well.
Spread over top of gelatin.
Cut in squares and serve on lettuce leaves.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
