1/3 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1/3 cup butter or margarine
2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons packed dark brown sugar 2 tablespoons chopped toasted pecans
Dash ground red pepper
Directions
Combine orange juice, butter, teriyaki sauce and garlic in small saucepan.
Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
Cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes or until well blended.
Add brown sugar.
Cook and stir 4 to 5 minutes or until sauce is slightly thickened.
Remove from heat.
Stir in pecans and red pepper.
