Directions
Add egg, orange juice and grated orange peel, beating until smooth.
Combine flour and soda; add to creamed mixture; add pecans.
Shape into a roll 2 inches in diameter.
Chill overnight.
Slice thin and bake on ungreased cookie sheets at 375° for 10 or 12 minutes.
