Orange Pecan Pie Recipe
Ingredients
3 eggs
1/2 cup MOLASSES Unsulphured
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1/4 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon grated orange peel
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups whole pecans
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Directions
Heat oven to 350°F.
In large bowl, beat eggs.
Add molasses, corn syrup, orange juice, orange peel and vanilla; beat until well blended.
Stir in pecans.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 350°F for 40 to 50 minutes or until filling is set.
