 Pasta shells125 Gram
 Red kidney beans50 Gram, drained
 1/2 green pepper, cored, seeded and chopped
 2 teaspoons chopped parsley grated rind and juice of 1/2 orange
 French dressing1 Tablespoon
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until just tender.
Drain and rinse under cold running water.
Place the pasta in a serving bowl.
Add the kidney beans, pepper, parsley and orange rind.
Mix the orange juice with the French dressing and add salt and pepper to taste.
Pour over the salad and toss well.
