Orange Pasta Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Pasta shells | 125 Gram | |
| Red kidney beans | 50 Gram, drained | |
| 1/2 green pepper, cored, seeded and chopped | ||
| 2 teaspoons chopped parsley grated rind and juice of 1/2 orange | ||
| French dressing | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until just tender.
Drain and rinse under cold running water.
Place the pasta in a serving bowl.
Add the kidney beans, pepper, parsley and orange rind.
Mix the orange juice with the French dressing and add salt and pepper to taste.
Pour over the salad and toss well.
