Orange Mesclun Salad Recipe Video

You can make a salad out of anything. When my fridge was nearly empty all I found was an orange and red and green mixed mesclun so I added toasted sunflower seeds and made a salad. It's simplicity makes a great compliment to a complex meal. I tossed it with balsamic vinaigrette. Salad dressings are easy to make and they aren't filled with additives like some bottled dressings are. Make a whole jar and store it in the refridgerator.  Orange juice1 Tablespoon
 Extra virgin olive oil2 Tablespoon

1. Add the lettuce and orange segments to a bowl.
2. In another bowl, mix the orange juice, olive oil and dry mustard. Stir to mix.
3. Add the dressing to the salad.
4. Next, add sunflower seeds and toss.
