Orange Marmalade Bread Recipe
Ingredients
| All purpose flour | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |

| Eggs | 2 , beaten | |
| Milk | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Shortening | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), melted | |
| Pecans | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Orange marmalade | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) |
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350°.
In a large bowl mix together the flour, baking powder, and sugar.
Gradually stir in the eggs, milk, and shortening.
Stir in the pecans and marmalade.
Pour the batter into a greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
Bake the bread for 1 hour or until a tester comes out clean.
