Ingredients
1 orange
1 cup water
1 tsp low-calorie pectin
1 tsp granulated sugar
Directions
With a vegetable peeler, remove peel from orange.
Combine orange peel and water in saucepan, bring to boil, and boil for 3 minutes.
Cut off membrane from fruit.
Place fruit, orange water (with peel) and pectin in blender or food processor.
Work until completely blended.
Pour into saucepan, bring to boil, and boil for 1 minute.
Allow to cool slightly.
Stir in sugar replacement.
Pour into serving dish or jelly jar.
Chill.
