Orange Marmalade Recipe
I am in love with this Orange Marmalade recipe as it brings such rave comments everytime I make it. Use the freshest of Fruits available to get a great Orange Marmalade. Ingredients
8 Seville oranges
2 sweet oranges
1 lemon
Directions
Squeeze juice from fruit and remove seeds from Seville oranges.
Cover seeds with water.
Put fruit through mincer.
Measure minced fruit and add 3 cups of water to one of mixture.
Stand overnight.
Measure before boiling.
Cup of liquid to one of sugar.
Add seed liquid to fruit.
Boil 1/2 hour without sugar; 1/2 hour after adding 1/2 of sugar.
Add remainder of sugar and boil another 1/2 hour.
This will jell perfectly every time.
