Orange Maple Macadamia Bread Recipe
|All purpose flour||2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Baking soda||1 Teaspoon|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Maple syrup||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Buttermilk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Unsalted butter||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), melted and cooled|
|Orange juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Florida Brand)|
|Grated orange zest||2 Tablespoon|
|Macadamia nuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), coarsely chopped|
|Glaze||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Orange Maple Flavored)|

Grease and flour 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan.
Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in medium bowl; set aside.
Whisk egg, syrup, buttermilk, butter, orange juice and orange zest in large bowl until blended; Stir in flour mixture just until combined; fold in macadamia nuts.
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake 45 to 50 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool in pan 5 minutes.
Remove from pan to wire rack.
Brush top and sides with Orange-Maple Glaze.
Cut into 18 slices.
