 2 medium-sized acorn squash
 Water2 Tablespoon
 Maple syrup1/4 Cup (16 tbs) (Orange-Maple Glaze:)
 Packed brown sugar2 Tablespoon (Orange-Maple Glaze:)
 Honey2 Tablespoon (Orange-Maple Glaze:)
 Orange juice1/4 Cup (16 tbs) (Orange-Maple Glaze:)
 Lemon juice1 Tablespoon (Orange-Maple Glaze:)
 Ground cinnamon1/8 Teaspoon (Orange-Maple Glaze:)
 1 teaspoon grated fresh orange peel
 1/4 teaspoon grated fresh lemon peel
 Butter1 Tablespoon (Orange-Maple Glaze:)

Directions

GETTING READY
1) Mix glazed ingredients in a 2-cup glass measure.
2) Cook in Microwave at Power Hi for 7 to 8 minutes.
3) Keep aside.

MAKING
4) Peel, wash and quarter squash, discarding seeds and fiber.
5) On a 12-inch plate put squash and cut side up.
6) Add water and stir.
7) Seal tightly with plastic wrap.
8) Cook in Microwave at Power Hi for 7 to 8 minutes.
9) Remove excess liquid.
10) Spread glaze with a spoon into squash quarters.
11) Cook uncovered in microwave at Power 8 for 10 to 12 minutes.
12) Baste with pan juices and rotate the plate.
13) Keep aside for 5 minutes.

SERVING
14) Serve hot.
