Orange Mallow Recipe
Ingredients
32 large marshmallows
1 teaspoon grated orange peel
2/3 cup orange juice
1 cup chilled whipping cream or 1 envelope dessert topping mix
Directions
Heat marshmallows, orange peel and juice in saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly, until marshmallows are melted.
Cool at room temperature until thickened, about 15 minutes.
In chilled bowl, beat whipping cream until stiff.
Stir marshmallow mixture to blend.
Fold into whipped cream.
Pour into square pan, 8 X 8 X 2 inches.
Freeze until firm, about 4 hours.
