| Sugar | 50 Gram | |
| 3 dl. water | ||
| Gelatine | 10 Gram, powdered | |
| Orange juice | 177 Milliliter, frozen | |
| Orange liqueur | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Egg white | 1 | |
Directions
Put the sugar and water in a saucepan and heat until dissolved; leave to cool.
Meanwhile, in a cup, soak the gelatine in 2 tablespoons cold water then stand in a pan of hot water until dissolved.
Stir the gelatine and undiluted orange juice into the cold syrup, mixing thoroughly.
Pour into ice tray and freeze until mushy.
Stir in the liqueur (Grand Marnier, Cointreau or other orange liqueur) and the stiffly whisked egg white, mixing evenly.
Continue freezing until firm.
Serve in shallow coupe glasses.
